I agree on the price. I think the eyesight issue is minor - you think boomers invented middle aged reading problems? That is nothing new. Probably exhausting 2 hour commutes one way by car due to sprawl are the real culprits. Anyway the eyesight problem could be solved with an electronic e-book reader and adjustable font size. Presuming the reader had a modest price.
